To access the 2026–2027 seasonal year, member clubs must submit an Annual Affiliation Form as part of the annual registration process. This form is the official method for providing required club information to New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS).Once submitted, NJYS will review the affiliation request and update the club’s status for access to the new seasonal year within 3–5 business days.Before completing this form, please have the following information available:Contact information for club board members and/or administratorsIRS corporation and tax-exempt status (if applicable)Online registration provider information (if applicable)Important Insurance Information:Insurance certificates for the 2026–2027 seasonal year will be issued on a rolling basis beginning on or about July 1, 2026, and will remain valid through July 31, 2027.
