    To recover a lost coaching education license taken through NJ Youth Soccer, please complete this registration. Upon submission of this search request, the NJYS Coaching Schools department will search for the license in our records. Note: NJYS will no longer accept requests to replace lost license certificates that were obtained prior to January 1, 1998.
     
    In the event the license is found, your NJYS Coaching Profile associated with the request submission will be updated to reflect the license and payment will be collected.
     
    In the event the license is not found, NJYS staff will contact you with additional information.
